A show with Claire Danes. I bought the season yesterday and have watched 2 eps so far and it's quite cool. The typical '90s quality picture is a bit off-putting but other than that it's an interesting show. I didn't know it was M, I thought it was a Nickelodeon show. Then I noticed there's a bi-sexual, and a bus load of other crap, and Jared Leto!!!!
Anyway I like it. What channel did it air on in Australia in 1995?

Being a late 80s baby I didn't really watch this show when it originally aired and only when I was in high school did I really hear about it and see the show.

Was it shown in Australia around the time it was made? I used to only watch it on foxtel. And I think I've read a few things that made it sound like it was abit of a cult show.

Anyway it's funny to see Claire Danes and Jared Leto back then. From what I remember there was always some sexual tension between them and they were quite on and off. He was a bit of a bad boy- is this right?

I love this show!

I watched all the episodes but I don't remember what channel and if it was re-runs. For some reason channel 10 is coming to mind. I do know it was on Foxtel at one point.

Jared Leto is so hot, he was the brooding bad boy, who Angela (Claire Danes) had a crush on & they do get together though it was on-off.

It's pretty realistic, so much more than shows like OC & One Tree Hill. I remember relating to the typical teen issues that Angela goes through.

It reminds me of Degrassi. Might just be the dodgy high school look.

I was a teen in the mid-90s and I watched a lot of TV, but I don't remember this being on at all. Maybe it was on in an afternoon timeslot or only on Foxtel?

My friend was actually talking about this show today, she saw it when she was an exchange student in France.

Afternoon timeslot is a big no, given it's very M! Unless it was like Degrassi, where it's an M show but they marked it as a G show. :?

Okay, I just googled this because it was bugging me. Someone on TWOP said it never screened on FTA TV in Australia. So it looks like it was Foxtel.

My friend said it was a good show, so I might check it out and reminisce about 90s fashion and music.

It's quite good. Thought the 1st two eps were a bit average, but the guns ep (episode 3) was very good.

Was only on Foxtel in the 90's. Never went on FTA.

Was cancelled after a season... why? Because it was up against Friends!

I did want to pick this up; probably will at some stage. Sounds pretty cool.

Was a great show that paved the way for many other 90's teen dramas.
