I've got about 10 video's full of hey dad episodes but lots of them are screwed up since they have been played on our dodgy video player. So I'm hoping they will replay the whole series or even better release it on dvd. Anyway do you reckon there is any chance of either of those things happening? There probably isnt but I live in hope :).

I enjoyed Hey Dad alot, great Aussie comedy. But I really doubt it'll be shown on TV again, Seven was the group that used to air it... they should get rid of that 'Big Arvo' show and put Hey Dad on at that time (4pm to 4:30pm), that'd be great.

I used to like Hey Dad alot. It's a great show, pity it seems to get bagged so much nowdays. Hopefully they'll show the re-runs.

The thing I like most about it is that it's not as 'in your face' as most other sitcoms, and therefore it's more relaxing to watch.

I really enjoyed Hey Dad at the time but in repeats it didn't have the same effect due to how much its dated....but it stands out as our most successful sitcom, granted its not very long list but still classic tv none-the-less.

Ah, good old Hey Dad! There were a lot of cast changes though, but it was still good entertainment.
Betty was classic, and what about Arthur MacArthur, and Nudge?
