Ok let's hear it, who plays? I'll admit I do play it, a fair bit as well, though I'm only very new. I play on Kul Tiras and Lothar realms with multiple characters but none higher than lvl 24 so far.

I don't play although i know people who are addicted. They play like 8-12 hours a day. No game could be that good. Why would anybody pay $20 a month for a game.

I don't know because it's $30 every three months.

Is this the never ending game?

My girlfriends cousins play it. Whenever I am there, they are playing it. Its farking huge! Can't believe it.

I've never played it, but yeah, I dont have time for games as in depth as that. I'm just blown away that there are games that big out there. I guess I'm still a console gamer where worlds are limited by the amount of space on a disk/catridge. :P

Is it well whatever maybe if you pay up front for 3 months then it is only 30 but that is just what i was told. I am probably wrong.

Does anyone still play this?? I only got broadband in February, so this game is relatively new to my partner and myself, but I gotta say, I love it! My character at the moment is level 53 and I am on Nagrand server, I have other characters which are all about level 12, but I cant get into them.. I want to be a monster level 70, and I reckon if I play for another 3 months or so, I will be there! So watch out for me! I will kick your ass!

lol

That's the point of this game. People get addicted.

Stop playing it i warn you.

I know people who have ruined their lives with it.

They do nothing else but play the stupid game it is stupid.

there was a thing on SBS about 2 months ago, New Cyber World, and it talks about how this has taken over millions of peoples lives.

it was really interesting, we watched it for IT Studies and had to write an essay on it. was rather interesting to investigate, but at the same time, sad to see how someone can become so addicted to a game and play it upwards of 15 hours a day

i dunno about everyone else but a video game of soccer or cricket seems way more interesting...

Yes I saw that too. Real interesting seeing some of the different 'Worlds' out there that people get so into. Warcraft being only one of many. Especially sad seeing the asians who worked for the game, no life at all, just living and breathing the game 24/7.

I have a family friend addicted to Runescape (up to 8 hours a day). Sometimes you start to wonder which is more real, the cyber world or real life.
