I just got home from the final hawks home game ever, it was a very emotional farewell but at least they won (102-95) IMO the newNBL aren't doing themselves any favours, I don't think professional basketball has a big future in this country, the glory days are over. And its a shame, because basketball is one of the few sports that I really love to watch :(

the 2010 / 2011 seaons of the NBL (basketball) starts on Friday the 15th of October, between Wollongong and Gold Coast (game 1) and the Melbourne and Sydney teams (game 2).

the Sydney Kings are back in the comp, after 2 years out of the comp.

Some games will be shown on ONE HD :)

WOW!

Two minutes into game one and my first thought is when the hell does the NBA start? These guys can barely even rebound the ball.

i do like the commentary on One HD, definitely a better "Harlem Globetrotters chilled out" cruisey feeling to watching the games

i couldnt stand the afl possession by possession styled commentary!
