quite a few sequels coming out after 14/15 years after the original (this, Zoolander 2, Super Troopers 2)

just watched this, it wasn't all that good.

I love the original and I love the fact that they make sequels 15 or so years after the original but it wasn't all that funny. it was great to see the original characters come back and after all these years they look good. they took a different approach at a sequel and Joe went back in time, met a musician and band which he gave an idea for their band name, he ended up living out his years there till the present (even though he looked the same once he caught up) and they re-did a scene from the original. what didn't make sense was Christopher Walken, same character back in the 70s but looks way older now, they should have got Kevin Spacey to do a young him since he does a killer impression of him.

there was a few chuckles here and there, a tad cruder (not sure why It was MA here) and a few F bombs. it was ok but I didn't expect much from it, sequels these days to comedies are running out of ideas that are funny along the way - Zoolander 2, Dumb and Dumber 2, Anchorman 2. let's hope Super Troopers 2 is better.

I'm glad it was made, prefer to watch sequels to older movies then the other stuff they give us today.

Movie:

This movie was rated 2.5 stars out of 5

I would like to see a Dickie Roberts 2 though.
