I love the orginal IT. It is a great movie and it can make you very wary of clowns. I like the idea of a remake but not if they ruin the story and horror of the movie. Gosh, there are so many remakes coming out these days.

The book is a billion times better than the movie (and subsequent remake) will ever be. I suggest everyone should read it.

There really are, aren't there?! It's getting a little silly. I mean, I love the idea of remaking not so great movies into something new and better, but when you're dealing with a remake of an already successful movie it seems a little pointless to me. That being said, there have been several remakes of good movies that have worked, but there'd be at least as many that haven't.[/quote:ba9f1d51c0]

Yeah there has been and im thinking its a bit to much as i might to see some new movies but not cheap crappy remakes that dont interest me and just wreak what that orginal. Despite that fact remakes have brought something new to the movie and even made it better. But i feel they wouldnt beable to do this with IT, but lets hope it turns out better than we expected or that it doesnt get made at all.

i saw the original IT only a few months ago and i thought it was great, except for the ending, there is really no need for a remake.

I wouldn't mind seeing a remake of IT. The original was brilliant, but something more true to the book would be good. :)
Would love to see Pennywise wave with the limbs.
