The two-part show that we saw on Channel Ten last year, was actually a five-episode series.

These five episodes are the first series and they have been available on DVD since about November I think.

The second season is 13 episodes long and we will see it sometime this year - it is not available to buy yet.

Doing a search through dvdorchard.com came up with a whole heaps of titles from June onwards. Keep an eye out here or on the site for individual titles as the release dates could change at any time.
I've also posted images to US covers which should be release here the same. Most Paramount/Warner/BVHE releases don't change too much.

[img:3d8e12422a]http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B00005JNEQ.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg[/img:3d8e12422a][img:3d8e12422a]http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0002W4SWW.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg[/img:3d8e12422a]

First up on June 8 is Season 5 of [b:3d8e12422a]The West Wing[/b:3d8e12422a] which looks to be a six disk set at this stage. All six disks have been classified at OFLC. Should be noted that the US don't have a release date scheduled for Season 5 so this is definatly a scoop for Aussie audiences especially since the show has been neglected on Channel 9.
Later in June on the 23rd is [b:3d8e12422a]The Dead Zone Season 1[/b:3d8e12422a] and [b:3d8e12422a]Twin Peaks: Season 2[/b:3d8e12422a]. Nothing extra listed for these titles.
June 29 sees the already confirmed announcement of [b:3d8e12422a]Home Improvement Season 1[/b:3d8e12422a] and [b:3d8e12422a]Scrubs Season 1[/b:3d8e12422a] from BVHE. BV are very stingy with their releases in Australia, only being loyal to Alias fans having seen all three seasons. Many other BV titles have been delayed heavily, but [b:3d8e12422a]Scrubs [/b:3d8e12422a]is getting a release only within a week after the US. Home Improvement has been out in the US since late November last year, and it now finally getting a release here.
[img:3d8e12422a]http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0008KLV8M.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg[/img:3d8e12422a][img:3d8e12422a]http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0006Q93AQ.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg[/img:3d8e12422a]

Moving to July, on the 7th is a heap of listings. [b:3d8e12422a]Charmed Season 2[/b:3d8e12422a] has been listed for the date, however the US release is being delayed until August so I would expect this date to change here until September/October at least.
[b:3d8e12422a]Cheers Season 4[/b:3d8e12422a] looks okay since it was released in the US Feb 1 so this looks okay. Exactly the same goes for [b:3d8e12422a]Frasier Season 4[/b:3d8e12422a]
[b:3d8e12422a]Newlyweds - Nick and Jessica Season 2[/b:3d8e12422a] should a safe bet with its release on June 7 in the US. I wouldn't expect a change from this either.
[b:3d8e12422a]Star Trek Enterprise Season 2[/b:3d8e12422a] is listed, but nothing is certain with this title as there is little movement on Season 2 in the US. Keep your eyes peeled for more info.

[img:3d8e12422a]http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0007US79Y.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg[/img:3d8e12422a]
[b:3d8e12422a]Home Improvement Season 2[/b:3d8e12422a] is listed for a June 13 release which comes in just under a week after the US release (June 7).

[img:3d8e12422a]http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0007YMVWO.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg[/img:3d8e12422a]
30th June sees [b:3d8e12422a]The Sopranos Season 5[/b:3d8e12422a] which is later in the month from the June 7 release in the US.

Finally, listed under TBA is Spin City Season 1 which is a definate surprise. Nothing listed on the US sites other than a couple of favourite episode compliation releases. No date set so consider this tentative, along with most other's until they are confirmed for certain. :D Anything can change until they are released.

EzyDVD has the R4 cover art for Just Shoot Me box set. Its very different from the US, personally, I prefer it.

Does anyone know if Murder She Wrote will be coming out on DVD in Australia? I know the first season is available on DVD in the US. I've checked some sites and can't find a release date.

Haven't heard any word on Murder she wrote, sorry.

TV on DVD is going to be expensive for me so far this year. My plans to buy thus far are:

Seinfeld Season 4
Home improvement 1 and 2 (great price though only $36.95 from ezydvd)
Just shoot me
still have to buy ER season 3 and 4 (im a bit behind)
no doubt a new season of alias will be out at the end of the year hopefully not untill next year though,
Will and Grace season 3

geez thats a fair bit of money.
