Alicia Silverstone in a series? Should have worked, but was axed after a season. Looks to be alright, I'll give it a go if I get the chance.

The pilot premieres Friday June 11, which is followed by Tru Calling straight after on the same night. Looks like Seven have a Friday night line-up they will try to sell. Give it three weeks and it'll be shifted later at night.

Saw the ads. Channel 7 are billing it "Girl Power Friday".

I watched the show last night & was really impressed. That's typical, finally a decent show on Friday night (rather than boring footy) & it'll be over by the time I'm really hooked. bugger. :x

Hey

Depends.

If they show all the episodes that were produced there is 18 episodes.

Only 11 episodes went to air in America and 7 are still to this date unaired.

So it depends on whether Channel 7 show all the episodes available or they show as many aired episodes as America.

That would have the rights to all the episodes

Hmm, what the heck is Alicia Silverstone doing?? At one point she was doing great in movies. Now she has been relegated to a TV show and even that got axed.. Hmm.. what next for her? A porn movie? haha :-P

Yeah, i thought the show was pretty good in a cute funny kind of way. I can't believe it got axed, it must have gone down hill cos the first epi was alright. Made me realise how much i missed the old Ally Mcbeal. It was nice to see some fun fluff with lawyers in nice offices with great hair and clothes for a change. Made me realise how much serious reality stuff we got on now a days. Especially now with Sex &the City and Friends finishing up, i would have thought that this would be a nice one.
That sound that you're hearing - you know that boom? That's my mind blowing -(Alias season1 epi8)

I have it on tape but I'm due to watch it soon. Better be good for only 18 episodes worth.

Watched this today. Entertaining enough, but nothing overly special. Seems a bit uneven - she dislikes what her dad does and likes seeing people happy but what the heck, lets just hang around anyway. :? Not sure if I buy that, might have to give it a few episodes.

Light-hearted enough of a show to keep me watching for a few more weeks. Here's hoping it picks up. Silverstone is excellent of course and she has lots of charisma that makes it better than it otherwise would have been.
