Who enjoyed Small Claims on channel ten last night? I thought it was fantastic, and I reckon it will be great if they make it into a series, although I'm not sure how they would do it...will Claudia and Rebecca just keep finding the Mums at playgroup with dark pasts? 8)
Anywho, I really liked it, I've always been a big fan of Australian telemovies - I always feel they are of a high quality and the cast superb. And Small Claims was no exception.
Anyway, just wanted to find out what everyone else thought about it....

I taped it - will get back to you when I've seen it...
Vaughn: Any questions, so far?
Sydney: Yeah. Can you show me what a bag looks like again?

I really enjoyed it. I haven't always enjoyed the Australian drama's - they tend to get a little long-winded - but this one was great. Great to see Gibney in a different sort of role - stay at home mum and a great cook to boot.

I was under the impression, through the promotional ads, before this show that it would be a series - but it ended - no series advertised. :(

I think there's the possibility of making a few more 'episodes' with the same characters if this one was successful.

I saw the [i:afe202e11c]ad[/i:afe202e11c]. :P
It looks like it was the most creative Australian mini-series ever in history. I mean, others may be good (even excellent if you will), but they all have one tiny flaw. They're all the same, in most sense of the word! I don't know how to explain this so I'll shut up soon, but just like every Aussie drama (except for the great Always Greener), they're always the same. Bush drama or neighbourhood watch.

But I heard Small Claims was quite good.

I think the intention on channels 10's part for Small Claims is to make it into a continuing thing in the same style as Blackjack (with Colin Friels)......seperate telemovies based on the same characters.

I taped it & am keen to watch it asap.

Yeah I was wondering what was with Blackjack. I loved that when I saw it, and then when I was watching Small Claims I saw the ad for it (with Colin Friels and his [i:c8570476bf]grey, long[/i:c8570476bf] hair now  lol) and assumed it must be being made into a series. how cools that...I enjoyed both Small Claims and Blackjack.
