this has been bumped up to 10:30 Monday's on Ten.

funny, the show has gone from 8:30 (for 3 seasons) to 9:30 this year and now to 10:30 in the same season.

looks like Ten aren't into the show and have no faith in it anymore.

they must be on a break in the US.

I already knew they were having a break and decided to catch up, watched half of the aired eps this season.

it's not that good, so far. have a few eps to catch up. to me this hasn't been all that good since season 1.

Spoiler: show
didnt expect that young guy to get killed so soon. didn't expect the Brody cameo, although I feel they put it in there for the fans, creators probably knew they were pissed he died and put him there as a prize.

Edit 2/12 - just watched the latest ep, good stuff. intense, the whole bomb thing. and the RPG bit, wow.

the show is getting good again! after starting off to another average season.

after the newest ep, I am gonna try to keep up.

what started out for me as a show season picked up midway through.

I must rewatch Seasons 1-3 sometime, if 2&3 were as bad as I remember.

and to see them uncut, Ten edited 1-3.

I rather enjoyed the finale for the season

It was a rather low key affair, rather than going out with a bang, like on seasons 2 and 3

Caught up with this show. Really enjoyed it as a season as a whole.

Didn't think much of the last episode but was a good full season anyway.

Returning: Homeland

Homeland returns to TEN for its fifth season on Monday, October 5, at 9.30pm.

Fast-tracked just hours after its US premiere, season five will pick up two years after Carrie Mathison’s (Claire Danes) ill-fated tenure as Islamabad station chief.

This season, which includes Aussie Miranda Otto, is filmed in Berlin, as the first American television series to be shot entirely in Germany.

Struggling to reconcile her guilt and disillusionment with years of working on the frontline in the war on terror, Carrie finds herself in a self-imposed exile in Berlin, estranged from the CIA and working as the head of security for a German philanthropist.

Settled into true domesticity with her new boyfriend Jonas and her daughter Franny, situations arise that see Carrie thrust back into the world she left behind.

Starring Claire Danes, Mandy Patinkin and Rupert Friend, this season will see new cast including Australian actress Miranda Otto in the role of Allison Carr, the CIA’s current Berlin station chief, and Alexander Fehling who plays Jonas.

And I saw Carrie's new squeeze (Alexander Fehling) on a movie the other night on a straight-to-dvd release, nice cinematography though

the show's back anyway...
