[quote:c5738f3d15="deadcow"]I really don't like the look of the Season 1, Vol.1 !!

That just means they will split the full season up into parts and charge us full price for one stinking 'volume' !!![/quote:c5738f3d15]

Neither.
Id rather they just release the full seasons, i hate this Volume sh*t.
And full price? thats Ezy's price remember? Big W or JB will have it cheaper.

Theres a full 220 Episodes of US Whose Line, 8 seasons, equals roughly 25 episodes a season. And in the US, Season One Volume 1, only contained 10 eps!!

Season 1 is 20 eps so there will be 2 volumes of S1.

and not to mention - Season 3 has something like 39 episodes if I remember correctly.

So that is gonna be 4 bloody volumes ?

They can stick it where it hurts.

“WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY?” RETURNS TO TELEVISION AS PART OF THE CW’S SUMMER 2013 SCHEDULE

Hosted by Aisha Tyler (Archer) and Featuring the Return of Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady and Colin Mochrie

March 1, 2013 (Burbank, California) ? The CW is going for laughs this summer by ordering a new take on the hit improvisational comedy series, WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY?, hosted by comedian Aisha Tyler (“The Talk”), it was announced today by Mark Pedowitz, President, The CW. Premiere information will be announced at a later time.

The CW’s WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY? features the return of Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady and Colin Mochrie, who along with a special guest each episode, must put their comedic skills to the test through a series of spontaneous improv games. Prompted only by random ideas supplied by the studio audience and host Aisha Tyler, our four performers must use the little information they have and their wild imaginations to depict different characters and an array of scenes, as well as perform songs. After each round of improvisation, Aisha will dole out points to our four performers and declare a winner at the end of every episode.

Based on the wildly successful U.K. format, which also spawned a previous incarnation in the US that ran for eight seasons on ABC, WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY? is executive produced by Dan Patterson, Mark Leveson, Jimmy Mulville, Ryan Stiles and Wayne Brady. Co-created by Dan Patterson and Mark Leveson, WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY? is from Angst Productions and Hat Trick Productions.

sweet. I am so happy that this is returning. I've enjoyed it when ONE aired it on Monday nights over the last year or so, until they pulled it off recently (ran out of episodes maybe?)

a shame that Drew Carey isn't returning as host. Is Aisha Tyler any good? I've never heard of her before

Aisha Tyler is currently the female lead voice on the hilarious animated series Archer. She has guest starred on a bunch of shows like Friends, 24, Boston Legal, Glee, etc. Shes quite good but i dont know what she'll be like on this, more importantly im a little concerned what the show will be like on The CW which is the home to an outstanding amount of the most awful shows currently on TV - Vampire Diaries, Supernatural, Arrow, 90210, Beauty and the Beast, Cult, Carrie Diaries, Nikita and Hart of Dixie. Doesnt exactly inspire confidence but having the original performers on the show does give some hope.

aaah, i remember her now. More from her short stint on Friends than on anything else. I never knew she was a tv host. I hope the show still works out this year.

Aisha is also one of the five hosts of the CBS daytime talk show "The Talk." Other hosts are Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Sara Gilbert, and Sheryl Underwood. It's modeled after "The View" on American ABC, and I think there was an Australian show of its type called "The Circle."

I won't be watching Whose Line, but I like Aisha Tyler on The Talk. Great personality and funny.

One has been airing the original Whose Line on Thursday nights in the 7.30-8.30pm slots over the last few weeks (i'm not sure for how long its been airing though), but I wonder why they aren't airing the new episodes? Does One even have the rights to the new season?
