Very much looking forward to this. I love Heather Graham so it will be good to see her in her own show. I hope it works out for her. Here is a run down:

[quote:be292d66b9]Emily Sanders (Heather Graham) is a successful young woman with terrific taste, great friends and a fabulous job in publishing. She didn’t get to this place in life by accident. She worked hard and always followed a set of self-imposed guidelines referred to as the “Reasons.” Reasons why not to take that new job offer, reasons why not to tell a vacation fling to look you up if he’s ever in Los Angeles, reasons why not to trust your crafty, back-stabbing former assistant , Glitter Cho (Smith Cho) . However, when Emily crosses professional lines and gets involved with the roguishly handsome, two-timing author of their new best seller, there’s no denying somewhere along the way her internal GPS system has crashed. She’s got to get back on track, and once again be heedful of the trustworthy reasons that help her navigate her way through life. Reilly (Nadia Dajani) is a "nonconformist" who is unemployed and still single. She has known Emily since childhood. Reilly has no problem telling it like it is. Josh (Khary Payton) works at a healing teashop called "Chi for Two".[/quote:be292d66b9]

Sounds like the annual flop-of-fall to me.

Actually sounds like a chic-lit book turned into a mini-series. I'f the show makes it here, i'll give it a go. Always impressed by Heather Graham, specially her stint on Arrested Development....

Premise sounds a tad wishy-washy to me, not to mention the lame-arse title for the show.
The best way to be boring is to leave nothing out.

in terms of physical advertising (i.e. billboards, and not on tv), this was by far the most advertised show when i was in america. i saw a couple of ads on abc-7 (trying to remember all the east coast numbers now :P i think it's cbs2, nbc4, fox5, abc7, upn9 and wb11). i saw countless posters advertising this at bus stops.

i don't know if i'll get into this, because i see it having a very short life span. a good tv show requires at least a 5 year commitment imo, giving her the opportunity to make very few movies in that time. i can't see heather making the switch from movie to tv. i'll read the downloaders comments, to get an idea of what it's like, but i'm waiting for fta for this one.

abc has had some awesome new hit shows in the past couple of years though, so i guess it's got a lot going for it.
