I forgot to review Season 3 when I finished so I will now. I really enjoyed most of this season. It got a little slow for me in the middle but picked up the pace soon after. My favourite episodes were The Blessing Way, Paper Clip, Clyde Buckman's Final Repose, Nisei, Syzergy, Grotesque, Pusher, Jose Chung's From Outer Space, Avatar, Wetwired and Talitha Cumi. I particularly liked Syzergy because of the huge sexual tension between Mulder and Scully which was very funny. The episode Avatar focused on Skinner was also a stand out and from not liking the character in season 2 I grew to like him. The cliffhanger at the end of the season was annoying but I'm not too fussed on hurrying to get season 4 and I will when I can. Overall I liked this season just as much as one and two but there weren't as many episodes that stood out to me as previous seasons.

ahh cool! Season 3 was great. Some excellent episodes and also as I've written before I think the chemistry between Mulder and Scully really took off in this season and the show also found its humour. So many funny moments throughout. My original impression of The X-Files when I was young was that it was scary and serious.. so I was surprised at how light hearted a lot of eps were when I finally actually watched the whole series.

I finally got my "I Want To Believe" poster from Blockbuster this week! Really nice. I'm thinking maybe to get it framed to display. blue tack and pins ruin posters..

Just watched the 2nd episode after the pilot. "Mr. Bond I presume?"

Frohike was my favourite I think.

First time on TEN... hope they promote it. Good news anyway. Watched this movie last year when I was watching the series. Really is a great film isn't it. Here is some X-Files 3 news:

"9:40pm- XF3 UPDATE- They cannot see there not being an XF3, before 2012, not in 6 months, maybe a year, two years."[/quote:bc5df0964e]

right... X-Files movie gets NO promotion at all from TEN. Not even 1 coming up next ad at the end of Rove. I only watched the first half-hr before turning over for 24.

Thanks for the X Files 3 news. Good to know it may still happen.

yeah, the film ties into the previous season and also bridges into the next season. With the X-Files closed. I think that was the finale where [spoiler:42691bb0e4]the X-Files office and X-files were set on fire.. from memory??[/spoiler:42691bb0e4] But the film definitely stands well as a 'stand alone' film. I would have originally watched the movie before ever seeing the episodes/seasons before it.

What season are you up to now ilis?
