Returning: Prison Break

TEN has now confirmed Prison Break will begin in two weeks' time.

The series revival, which started last month in the US, will screen Monday nights from May 15.

It returned to 3.8m viewers and mixed reviews.

Prison Break returns with a new event series, as the original stars reunite to break out one of their own.

It has been seven years since Michael broke his brother Lincoln out of prison for a murder he did not commit. With Michael presumed dead ever since the escape, it comes as a shock when Lincoln learns that his brother could still be alive and embarks upon a treacherous quest to find him.

Lincoln’s investigation leads him to one of the hardest prisons in the world, in the centre of war-torn Yemen. Trading his United States passport in exchange for his brother’s whereabouts, Lincoln is risking it all. But with hitmen chasing him and Michael’s widow back in the US, Lincoln better act quickly.

9:30pm Monday May 15 on TEN.

Bumped: Trial and Error

Seven has moved new US comedy Trial and Error to a later timeslot, following two outings this week.

It will screen in double episodes next Wednesday at 10:20pm, now following a Big Bang Theory repeat.

On Wednesday it drew 226,000 and 136,000 viewers, and good feedback from TV Tonight readers.

“An Unwelcomed Distraction / Right-Hand Man”
A new suspect turns up in a coma and Josh becomes a suspect himself. Also, the case takes another turn when Dwayne finds a dismembered human arm.

Bumped: Boy George special, Lip Sync Battle

Nine has apparently made some late changes to its schedule (what’s new?) and forgotten to send out amendments. Sigh!

Sunday is now:
7pm The Voice
8:30pm 60 Minutes
9:30pm The Boy with No Brain
10:30pm The Woman Who Ate Her House (seriously!)

Monday is now:
7:30pm The Voice
8:50pm Boy George: Piers Morgan Life Stories
9:50pm Footy Classified (Melb / Ade / Per)
9:50pm Love Child rpt (Syd / Bris)
10:50pm Botched

Lip Sync Battle moves to the following week. A Madonna Rebel Heart Tour special which has been scheduled twice, is now out.
