I guess we are all supposed to be out on a Friday night  The Celebrity thing is repeated on Eleven tomorrow night as well. Don't they realise that if we missed it it was on purpose?? ;:

A few reality shows have repeats shown.

- Nine airs repeats of Reno Rumble Monday to Thursday at 1pm or 1.30pm, depending on length of episode. It finishes up at 3pm. Nine aired the afternoon slot for The Block repeats earlier in the year too.
- Ten airs repeats of Masterchef weekdays at 11am
- Seven airs House Rules marathon on Sundays from midday until 5pm. Talk about overkill!!!! This is for Sydney and presumably in Brisbane (am not sure when the AFL states air these repeats)

I rather have the weekday repeat viewing of these shows (however, preferably on the digital channels), than the 5 hours sitting of the one show.

Last Saturday and last night, Nine aired repeats of The Voice - from 7pm until approx. 11.30pm. That's 4 1/2 hours straight, or three back-to-back episodes. Talk about overkill.

I know that Saturday nights on commercial tv have lack that sparkle of late, but surely The Voice marathon isn't the answer. If it was on Go or Gem on a Saturday during the day, id be happy with, but not on a main channel in primetime.

Yes, it does provide an alternate to Ten and Seven's often repeated movies (in Sydney and Brisbane; AFL airs in Melb, Ade and Per). But I just find it to be lazy programming by Nine.

Seven has encores of Restaurant Revolution later tonight:

7TWO 10.30pm
7mate 11.30pm

There's a big TBA on Sunday from 11am to 4pm - what's the bet we get all this week's shows encored then as well? :X

TV is getting a little boring when there are many repeats that are scheduled on our screens.

Renovation Rumble aired on Friday night (in Sydney) from 8.30pm until some time after midnight. Nationally, they are having another marathon - airing the show today from 11.30am until 4pm.

Last night, Nine aired The Hot Plate nationally from 7pm until 11pm.
