Bought A Sega Master System... Off Ebay, complete with a light gun, two controllers and 26 games. Ah, brings back memories of the days when I were 8.

Anyone own old consoles or have fond memories or their old gaming days?

I still have my old SNES. I went through a stage where I was playing it heaps and I got a heap of games off ebay... unfortunately the old consoles don't have the most ergonomic controllers, so my hand started to hut after a while ;). Once I finished a game, I just listed it back on ebay and on every game - I sold it for more than I paid for it. One I made back more than double!

One day if I am desperately short of cash, I might think about selling my SNES and games. I still have the box, that even has the receipt in it! I have tried using emulators - but they are often difficult to control. Nothing beats the real thing :)!

I still have my old NES, SNES and N64 all working to some degree or other, along with the games for them :)

I sold my old Sega Master System and NES. The NES always seemed to be a pain to get the games inserted properly. I sold one of my two SNES but have since bought another for spare parts. Still have two N64s as well as a Game Cube. I love Nintendo games and have kept all my favourite ones although have also sold quite a few that I either never liked or that fell out of favour with me. Recently replaced my PS2 that died as well.

I also have every version of gameboy that was made except the black and white pocket one.

I play the snes games on the emulator and I still have my sega mega drive that a friend gave to me. It gets dragged out every now and then to play battletoads, but then it keeps on resetting and the music drives me crazy and I remember why it was boxed up in the first place :D

I sold my SMS for a Mega Drive, then sold that for a PS1..

Felt like a ritual hooking up the old Master System again and holding onto that uncomfortable rectangular controll pad, or should I say [i:22a40f5f10]joypad[/i:22a40f5f10]. Ah the nostalgia.
