I have poached eggs, two strips of bacon and a slice of sour dough toast and that comes to 613 but I do see your point ... it is not something I have regularly plus it is 2100 net so my exercising burns calories :D

Yesterday I underwent a transoesophageal echo + cardioversion to shock my heart to go back in to normal sinus rhythm as I have been in atrial fibrilation since August and the medication was not assisting.

Thankfully I am now back in normal rhythm.

A tad, especially when they applied the paddles before the sedative took effect and they know that I have PTSD in relation to defibrillation machines

Sounds awful, but we're all glad you're functioning as you should be again.

Are you still on limited alcohol?
that would frighten me too! hahaha!

Since they placed me on Apixaban I have been limited to 2 standard glasses a night ... or in our language ... 1 glass of wine given that a standard glass is 100mls and the restaurant version is 150mls.

Man, I wish I could have that, but as a short, 40+ female, I could probably only have 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day, if I wanted to drop any weight from my 80+ kilo frame. Hoping to drop 20 to 30 kilos before my daughter starts school in 2020, so I'd better get a move on, because I'm running out of time.
