When networks are promoting new or returning shows, just WHEN is "coming soon"? Two weeks, two months?

Nine has been promoting Love Child S2 as "coming soon" for over a month. Same with Renovation Rumble. I reckon "soon" should mean in 2-3 weeks. Stalker has been "coming soon" since the end of ratings last year. It is finally in schedule this Sunday. Over 4 months of "coming soon" - it's ridiculous! :x [/rant]

Yep. That really piddles me off. When the heck is this "soon" that something's meant to be coming anyway? "Soon" could mean anything from next week, to three or four months from now. Talk about non-committal.

What irks me no end is the constant use by media outlet and YouTubers of what I call click bait titles.

One youtube couple broke up and within two weeks one of them posted a video with the title MY NEW RELATIONSHIP and a thumbnail that said MEET DOMINIC ... turns out that Dominic was just visiting and the new relationship was his new car.

If you need click bait titles and thumbnails to get viewers you are doing it all wrong

If there is a point to raise about the execution for the Heroin smugglers in Bali, it is that their lives have been extending because of constant state of appeal

And nothing else

Its not the way to go, but its an interesting insight into the human experience/ condition

^ This is a darkly humourous look into the deterministic framework for the whole situation of drug smuggling for Australians, ps - start at the 17 minute mark

Since when is an episode of a show classed as "new" when it's cobbled together bits of previously shown episodes?

Last night's ep of Bondi Vet was classified as such. Yet I remember seeing the cow giving birth as well as the dog affected by a tick bite. I didn't wait around to see what else was stitched in there, but I bet it was previously seen footage. Misleading!!

RBT is guilty of the same thing.
