I'm not sporty in the least, and the only sport I like to watch is Football as in soccer, and strangely enough, I don't mind watching golf.

Yeah of course sports activities play important role in the physical fitness, weight management and body strength enhancement.
I also keep myself involved in different physical activities to maintain my fitness level.
My favorite sports activities are football, cricket, cycling, and basketball.

I can certainly say that I am not a sports player ... never was and never will be ... however I do have some favourite sports that I regular watch.

In no particular order of preference ... well maybe a little bit.

Men's Diving (for fairly obvious reasons) :<|
Figure Skating (either sex)
Tennis
Australian Rules Football (Reigning Champion of the TVAus AFL Tipping comp - can I make it a 3peat)
and strange as it seems Darts and TenPin Bowling.
