I'm passing the time til 11.30am when my 2nd uni subject is open to register for classes. Did my first at 9.30am. Spent several minutes getting a "site is at full capacity" screen before I could get in. You'd think UWS could design a website that could take a huge capacity of users, seeing as this registration happens at the start of each semester.

Looks like I will only have classes on Monday. It just comes down to which times. Am finding it hard to keep myself occupied as it's hard to concentrate - I keep looking at the darn clock!

EDIT: w o w I can't believe how easy that was compared to this morning's registration! The page loaded first time I tried. The classes seemed to fill up slowly for some reason? Usually the best ones are FULL ten seconds after regsitration is open.

I got the class I wanted and still 6 spots available in that one once I was confirmed registered for it.

Now I have lectures 10am - 11am, then 11am to 12noon, then class from 12noon til 1pm, a one hour break and then a class from 2 til 3pm.

It means a lot of fast walking to and fro between buildings BB and BJ......first lecture in BJ, second in BB, 12 noon class is back over in BJ! These buildings are not side by side, there's acres of grass and a carpark in between. And there's a hill, a walk up to BB.

So I will be getting plenty of exercise this semester!

I'm skipping my usual Saturday Zumba class today as I've got super sore arm muscles from my gym workout yesterday. I got new weights machines added, and swear I tried not to overdo it!
I can feel my back and leg muscles too, but luckily they're not so achy.

So I've vacuumed this morning and attempted stain removal with Carpet Power. Tried to upload a video for uni but no luck, thank goodness we have til 5pm Tuesday so I can upload it at uni instead, where the internet is miles faster than here at home.
Going to install new ink cartridges in my printer soon. I know, it's excitment from one minute to the next for me today!

Baking. I've already made a Pavlova meringue this morning. Now I'm cooking some Boerewors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boerewors) with chutney and cheese. Both of these are going to be my contribution to a shared lunch our church is having tomorrow.

That sounds like a great trip. Maybe your partner can take in a Rangers match in... League 1. Should be a first for him. :P
