we have now a date for the up-coming election between RUDD and ABBOTT.

Saturday, 7 September.

Let the yawn-fest, I meant, battle between the political parties begin!

Sheesh that was a useless debate last night!

Kevin rudd is a game show host. The promise of crappy prizes!

And nobody is a bigger king at talking rubbish than rudd, someone joked that he should debate himself!

I can't wait to cast my vote tomorrow. It's the first time I've ever got enthusiastic about it.
Bring it on!

People of Australia tomorrow are going to make a huge mistake in voting in the Liberals who can't even make up their minds on policies let alone the moron leading the party who doesn't even know how to speak properly. We're in for a lot of pain if you ask me but yet again the Australian media for the past 3 years have shoved all the negativity about Labor down our throats and its one of the major reasons why the result will be a coalition win tomorrow. I have little hope unfortunately of an ALP victory.

I'm happy. Sorry Greysfan, I grew up in a conservative family. I changed to labour because that's what all my friends were, but went back to my roots as that's where I am in life.

Got to weigh up what works for you.

I was at odds at an election party (hosted by Socialist Alternative Group) earlier tonight when those crazy leftists were taking shots at my Libertarian views

Those crazy leftists have the firm idea of destroying the system, as if that would ever happen, seriously! There needs to be a compromise, ie why else would the Greens have got 10% of the primary vote? If they didnt form an alliance with the ALP, they would have got 1% of the vote!

and People do become more conservative the older they get, regardless of how progressive they are

I was sick to death of All that constant clowning around in the ALP - especially what they did to Gillard and all the twoing and throwing for the Leadership! Tony Abbott will have to do for now
