In relation to last night's game, some poster summed it all up in one post->

That was a fair and balanced game of good quality rugby league

we have an all-Queensland NRL Grand Final.

Brisbane Broncos V North Queensland Cowboys.

Next Sunday at 7.15pm.

Who will win? Will the Cowboys win their maiden title? With the best player this year, Jonathan Thurston?
Or will the Broncos win their 7th title? They have never lost a grand-final (6 wins; 0 losses)

anyone watch the Grand Final?

I was watching the game as a neutral, but was going for the Broncos. But geez, that last 5 minutes of regular time was great and was cheering for the Cowboys. I felt sorry for Thurston who missed that conversion after the siren. The game went into golden point, and Thurston kicked the field goal and was made a hero. Well done.

Another season gone. Only 5 more months to go until the next season......

I watched the ending and yes it was an exciting end.

However, it was sour grapes from Bennett to complain that the Cowboys won on a golden point and it should have been a replay. I can bet that if the situations were reversed he would accept the win.
