Adding another one to the list - Mr Rayne and I went and saw The Angels at Souths Juniors in October. He's seen them many times, this was my first time.

Doc's still got it :D The place totally rocked O<> And I loved the guitarist who stood at the side of the stage and hardly moved all night

Kasey Chambers (feels like a million years ago)
Dizzee Rascal
Ladyhawke
Lisa Mitchell x2
Muse
Passion Pit
British India
Spoon
Tegan and Sara
Empire of the Sun
Vampire Weekend
LCD Soundsystem (just in time)
Lupe Fiasco
Crystal Castles

Mostly at music festivals, most I don't like/appreciate enough to want to spend money on seeing by themselves (Lisa Mitchell included, but she happened to be at two festivals I went to so here we are :P)

Muse's 2007 gigs were better - I went to BOTH Melbourne shows, first night on the floor, second night seating... I had more fun seating further away on the second night because the floor on the first night was full of teenage "twihard" fans... no offence to any Twilight fans, but the mood on the floor was just so dull and lifeless until Supermassive Black Hole came on... I mean, they played Citizen Erased and NO ONE around me even knew the song - they were sitting on the floor, or just standing there growling at the few people who know that they rarely play this song and were jumping around!

Muse themselves were awesome, and both gigs were great... just annoyed with the crowd on the floor on the first night!

Surprisingly, I enjoyed Katy Perry last week... she's not my usual kind of concert, but she was pretty entertaining... :)
