A Few from me:

Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love

Misheard: "You cut me up and I die"

Actual: "You cut me open and I"

Finger 11 - Paralyzer

This one WAS the Actual lyrics!

"But so far, has not been good
It’s been [b:ace15f5508]sh!tty[/b:ace15f5508]
And I feel awkward, I should"

From Amii Stewart's [i:0095024658]Knock on Wood[/i:0095024658]:

The actual lyrics are, "You better knock, knock on wood, baby".
Misheard lyrics, "You better knock, John Wood, baby".

When it first came out I thought Fall Out Boy's song went like this:
"This I ain't seen, it's a gutter arse rape." :| So not kidding.

Also recently learned the proper lyrics to "Thinking of You" by Katy Perry. Originally thought they went like this (near the very end, -0:31 for those with iPods):
"Boys in the jungle take me away."

Haha, yer I had trouble with another lyric in that song, but I knew what I was saying couldn't possibly be right.

[b:a8ed16d0fc]Actual:[/b:a8ed16d0fc] Tons of fish in the water, so the waters I will test

[b:a8ed16d0fc]My Version:[/b:a8ed16d0fc] Time's a fish in the water, so the water's out of 10

From This Guy's In Love by Herb Alpert, I've thought for so many years that the line "This guy's in love with you" was "The sky's in love with you" (and liked the song because of that weird line ).

Franz Ferdinand's No You Girls

Has got some doozies "Lick your cigarette and kiss me" - sounds a lot like Flick to me

Then there is "Hit me with your eyes so sweetly" sounds more like Hit me where your eyes don't hit me...

It's all over the shop!

ETA even the title sounds in song like Go You Girls!

Just Remembered one:

On my First listenthrough of Sneaky Sound System's Alnum [i:4e7c6e429f]2[/i:4e7c6e429f] Last Year;

I hadn't really taken much notice of the Tracklisting at that point and this song comes on and the Chorus sounds like "Guess I'm a Dropout." :shifty:

Ok, Fits thematically with the rest of the lyrics pretty well..... Looks at the CD Cover, Turns out the Song and Lyric in question is actually [i:4e7c6e429f]'It's Not My Problem'[/i:4e7c6e429f] Haha. :)

Mika's Golden...

Sounds a lot more to me like "Teenage dreams like a Teenage Virgin" than "Teenage Circus" to me :eh:
